Fall is here!
Since the weather is starting to get cooler, we always like something
warm to eat or drink. Here is a
delicious recipe that’s sure to warm you from head to toe! It’s like a taco, but a huge one, so you can
share it with the whole family.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground beef

1⁄4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
3⁄4
c. water

6-inch flour tortillas
2
c. shredded Mexican blend or Cheddar cheese, divided
1
to 2 c. salsa
Directions
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.

2. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat;
drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Cover the bottom of a lightly greased 9” x 9”
baking pan with 3 tortillas. Top with one cup of cheese and all of beef
mixture.
4. Layer with remaining tortillas, salsa, and 1⁄2
cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
5. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for an
additional 5 to 10 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
6. Enjoy!
